The SVOM station in Panama is installed on the rooftop of the Dirección Nacional de Ciencias Espaciales (DINACE), part of the Technological University of Panama (UTP) , located in Llano Marín, Penonomé, Coclé Province, UTP Cocle Campus.
This site hosts several facilities dedicated to space science and monitoring activities. Alongside the SVOM antenna, the infrastructure includes a GPS monitoring station, a communication system used for CubeSat-related projects, and astronomical observation facilities supporting research and educational activities. DINACE promotes initiatives in astronomy, space sciences, satellite technologies, and Earth observation, contributing to the development of national scientific capabilities and international collaborations.
